We provide a 72 hour grace period allowing returns for the following 3 reasons.
- You receive the scale and decide it's not the one for you
- Your scale arrives damaged from shipping
- Your scale does not operate properly out of the box
To return a scale for one of the above reasons Contact Us, then send it back within 72 hours for an exchange/refund.
For all My-Weigh and Jennings brand scales you may send your defective scale for an exchange directly to My-Weigh in Vancouver at the address below. Please follow the directions on your warranty card. For all other scales, or if you wish to be refunded for your purchase you must send your scale back to RightOnScales in San Diego USA using CanadaPost. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Scales returned because you decide it's not the one for you must be in perfect re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund/credit. If a returned scale shows any signs of use or damage, including damage to the packaging, partial credit/refund will be issued at our sole discretion.
After 72 hours, returns of any kind are not accepted. All inquires thereafter must be directed to the manufacturer (See below).
Warranties
The majority of our scales come with extended warranties (See below). Models with warranties come with warranty cards and instructions along with the User Manuals. Procedures and requirements for sending in your scale under warranty vary with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturers directly with any warranty questions.
UPGRADE NOTICE: My Weigh has upgraded their warranty program. All My Weigh Scales sold after November 15, 2003 are now covered under their new Lifetime warranty program. So even if your scale comes with a warranty card that says "5 years" or "6 years", it is now automatically covered for your lifetime (30 yrs in Europe).
